  Award winning chef takes bel mondo to another level...

Andy Ball brings with him a wealth of experience and skills at the highest level of fine international cuisine.
Influenced by working at some of the greatest eating houses in London, New York and Sydney.
Andy studied at the Bournemouth & Poole College in England & secured himself an apprenticeship
at Claridges Hotel.
Andy graduated from the Academy of Culinary Arts, the British chapter of the renowned Academie du Francoise.
He represented Great Britain in the prestigious Boucuse D'Or Competition in 2001 & 2003.
In 2007 Andy won both the UK Craft Guild of Chef's "UK Chef of the Year"
& UK's prestigious William Heptinstall Award.
Andy & his team introduce a sophisticated & exciting winter menu for their first full season
at bel mondo.

bel mondo is partnering with Wynns, Coonawarra & Fosters Group to host a winter wine dinner.
Enjoy a glass of wine on arrival with canapes followed by a 4 course degustation menu
with matching Wynns wines.
Fosters wine specialist will briefly discuss each wine.
